Shiiping, Terms & Conditions

Shipping:  We will gladly ship to anywhere within the United States. We ship merchandise to locations ONLY within the United States and U.S. territories. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

Sorry at this time, we do not ship overseas. This includes Canada, Mexico and all Military (APO/FPO) and/or Diplomatic mailing addresses.


Handling: We ship daily except Sundays and US holidays. Most orders go out within 1-2 business days, and all go out within 48-72 hours. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.  If there is problem we will contact you immediately.

All artwork is securely wrapped and packaged then shipped via USPS. We ship all items either by Flat Rate Priority Mail or by Insured Parcel Post (depending on the size and weight of the piece). And of course all artwork is available for personal pickups!


Returns/Exchanges: You're welcome to return damaged or defective merchandise for a full refund (minus shipping charges) within seven days of delivery. The item must be returned to us in the same condition you received it before we can issue a refund or an exchange. 

You are always welcome to exchange any damaged merchandise for anything in our online store or gallery of equal or lesser value.

To protect both you and ourselves, we will only issue e-store refunds via PayPal.

To initiate a refund or exchange please fill out the form on the ‘Contact Us’ page (the link is at the top-right corner) on this website and provide the details from your invoice along with your email and/or phone number.

Just let us know if you're returning an item and whether you'd prefer an exchange or refund on the cost (this does not including shipping). We'll contact you as soon as possible and complete the transaction when we receive the returned merchandise.


Additional Information on Larger Artwork: Please be aware that due to the size and weight of some of our larger items, they can be very, very expensive to ship to your location. However that being said, if you want it, we’ll ship it!

The shipping and handling price included at check out is our best estimate of the cost of sending your order to you. There are rare occasions when this estimate is too low or too high, however, and in either case, we will notify you immediately.
