Jason Probstein is well known for creating beautifully shaped and brilliantly colored lampwork glass art – that is both durable and functional!
Jason Probstein
Jason uses Corning Pyrex glass tubing and rods to produce goblets, perfume bottles, Christmas ornaments and other charming decor pieces that make both memorable and tasteful gifts.
He received his degree in scientific glassblowing from Salem Community College and has studied Venetian glass techniques at the world-famous Penland School of Crafts.
He frequently performs glassblowing demonstrations at Walt Disney World and we are proud that his work is available here at Mountain Made.
To see his works we invite you to drop by the gallery from Wednesday thru Saturday (10AM-2PM) and on Sundays (10AM-2PM) this month.
